Holy fucking shit Square Enix I've never used a games website that was this bad.
I pre-ordered FF14 ARR from green man gaming and got a code to enter in, that didnt work for a few days then it finally worked. After that code goes in it gives you another code for the 2 days of Early Access (from pre-ordering).
It says you can either put this into the game itself, but you can only access that once the access starts so I can't do that now.
They give an option to enter the code in through the website, awesome now I just throw it in and...wrong region.

Me and a friend are having separate issues but he linked me a thread with some info on my problem and Square said there were issues with NA accounts getting EU codes for early access.
So it's either that which caused the mix up, or the fact that GMG gave me a link to the eu site to enter in my first code.

So my NA account logs into the EU site just fine with no warning of regions. The game is on my account so I will be playing on release on the 27th, early access is on the 24th but since mine says it's the wrong region I don't have it at the moment.

So after trying the whole process on the NA site, it still gives me the EU code and doesn't work. I've emailed support and they should be able to fix it before early access starts so I won't miss out on any time. Now I just wait to get a response.

All of this shit shouldn't have happened. There don't need to be regions for accounts, just one fucking account. The navigation of the site is incredibly shit. If you go to the games site and look for where to put in your pre order code you can't see it. The link does come in the email with the key but why would you not have a way to access that page without the url?
